Return and refund policy

Order must be fully paid when ordering. We will not hand out products in case of partial payment.

If you are unhappy, unsatisfied or if the product is defective you cannot return the item due to perishability; we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement item. Please dispose of any unwanted products.

We have a 24 hour refund request policy, this means that you as a client have 24 hours after receiving your order to request a refund or a replacement. In order for us to be able to fulfil your refund/replacement, the item/product must be photographed and emailed to us at info@rawdogfooddirect.com providing your order number and delivery date.

Once your refund/replacement request is received by our services it will be inspected and we will send you an email to let you know if your refund/replacement is accepted or not.

Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take some time for the refund to show up on your bank account, we do not have any control or influence on how long it takes to be returned to your payment account after we make a refund.
